PLAN IMPLEMENTATION: This stage consists of putting the Turnaround Plan into action through the reorganization of the organizational structure, the implementation of recovery policies, addressing the core issues, and reinforcing the fundamental business activities. Progress is continuously evaluated, and necessary adjustments are made to ensure the organization's recovery according to the established timeline and metrics.

MONITORING AND ADJUSTMENT:Once the Turnaround Plan has been implemented and the organization stabilized, we conduct ongoing monitoring and control processes. This is to prevent future crises and maintain the company in optimal conditions of profitability, competitiveness, and efficiency

2. When the industry in which the business operates undergoes a change that directly or indirectly affects it, such as new competitors or technological shifts.
3. When the company's commercial and financial indicators are unfavorable over multiple periods, or when losses accumulate.
